When possible please select photos that clearly show the person or object you would like engraved. The better the quality of picture the better the results. E-mail us a digital image of your photo or a photo that has been developed or printed at a store, scan the photos at 250 -300 DPI. The largest JPG files should be used for digital. Larger images work best. Higher detail and better contrast produce better engravings. Please do not resize picture before e-mailing. File types we recommend are JPG, JPEG, TIFF,. For even better quality you may mail us the photo contact us by e-mail and we will give you the address to mail your photo. Photo will be returned to you with finished engraving plaque.



WHAT IS LASER ETCHING? Laser etching is a state of the art technology that combines the temperture of the sun and power of light to permanently engrave photographic quality images into stone or other materials.

HOW DO I CLEAN STONE ITEMS. We recommend using a dry soft cloth. Do not use soap or other cleaning detergents. We seal each marble and granite piece to help repel against water and oil.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME? Normal time to create your timeless photo plaque is normaly 5-7 days after approval, to ship plaque unless special effects are added to the plaque such as extra text or custom design. Also depending on availability of our stock. Please be patient the plaque will be worth the wait.

WHAT IF I WOULD LIKE MORE THAN ONE PICTURE ON A PLAQUE? Yes we can add multiple pictures onto one plaque providing the quaility of both pictures are good. WHAT IS THE WARRANTEE ON GIFT ITEMS? We stand behind a 30 day warrantee of any defects in the item. Call and we will authorize a return on your item to be replaced. Defective item will be replaced with exact replacement of same item.
